Landing page budget / Start with scope

Landing page cost: what changes the quote?

There is no single DVS landing-page price. The quote depends on the content, design and working next step: a simple inquiry is a different build from a custom booking or ordering flow.

Compare the scope

One page is not one fixed job

Price the path, not just the page.

A page with supplied copy and an inquiry form has fewer moving parts than a page that calculates a configuration and passes it into another system. These are scope examples, not packages or a price ladder.

01 / Focused page

Explain the offer.

One audience, approved content, relevant images and a clear inquiry. Agree the page sections, form destination and confirmation.

Check: Is the copy ready, and does the form reach the right person?

02 / Connected page

Use the existing tool.

Keep a working calendar or store, with a focused page around it. A simple link, an embed and a data connection are different deliverables.

Check: What information must carry into the next step?

03 / Custom journey

Work through the choices.

Conditional questions, service selection, estimates or artwork previews need rules and testing beyond the page layout.

Check: Which system owns the final price, availability and order?

Still deciding whether one page is enough? Start with landing page vs website. A wider content or template problem belongs in the website redesign cost guide.

Compare the same deliverable

A design file is not a live page.

Before comparing quotes, check whether each one includes design only or a working build. A visual design can establish the layout without including responsive development, hosting setup, a functioning form or the connection to your existing tools.

Content & assets
Who supplies the offer, copy, images and approvals? New copy, photography, video and artwork are separate tasks unless included in the quote.
Build & connections
Which pages, mobile layouts, fields and integrations are included? Name the inbox, scheduler or store the visitor reaches next.
Testing & launch
Agree the devices, form or handoff checks, tracking requirements and domain work. A visible success message is not proof that the request reached its destination.
Versions & changes
One page with approved content is different from several audience versions, languages or new concepts. Confirm how feedback and additions will be handled.

Starting from an existing page may reduce the work, but only after checking what can actually be reused. A template still needs the right content and a tested next step. Custom motion, editing controls or additional page versions should be named, not assumed.

Recorded project examples

The connection changes the work.

The concept screens compare a focused page, a short inquiry and a guided project request. They show different workflow scopes, not packages or client results. The existing projects below offer separate examples of real selection and preview work.

A service page versus a service selector.

Canario's recorded flow includes a package, vehicle size, relevant extras and a review before the Wix booking handoff. Building those selection rules is a different brief from linking a service page to a calendar.

Canario project

A product offer versus a configuration.

Direct Laser Source shows garment choices, quantities and artwork previews. If a campaign page needs to open that existing flow, scope the handoff. Rebuilding the flow is separate work.

Build costs and running costs

Separate launch from what continues.

The build quote and the tools needed to run the page are different costs. An existing website or booking plan may already cover part of the setup. Check before adding another subscription.

Ask who owns and pays for each part.
Cost typeWhat to separateWhat to confirm
One-time buildAgreed design, content work, development, connections and launch checks. The deliverables, approvals and work outside the quote.
Running the pageDomain renewals, hosting and any required booking, form or store tools.Which accounts already exist, who owns them and their renewal terms.
Advertising & optimizationAd spend, campaign management, additional variants and continuing experiments.Whether any of this is included. A page build alone does not include an ongoing campaign.

DVS stays available to help with bugs, small inconsistencies and minor fixes on the site we built. New features or larger changes are discussed before proceeding. That support is not an unlimited redesign or an assumed optimization retainer.

Send a brief that can be quoted.

These four inputs make the first scope conversation useful. You do not need to choose the technology first.

  1. The offer and audience. What is the page selling or explaining, and how will visitors arrive?

  2. Your current setup. Share the URL and the existing form, calendar, store or tool you want to keep.

  3. The next step. Name the inquiry, booking or purchasing outcome and any information that must travel with it.

  4. The ready materials. Flag approved copy, images and examples, plus any deadline or editing controls you need.

For the build itself, see landing page design and development. The quote confirms the work; a list of possible features is not a promise that every one is included.

Landing page pricing questions

How much does a landing page cost at DVS?

We quote the agreed scope rather than publish one price for every page. Content, design, connected tools, custom logic and launch work affect the quote. Send the offer, current URL and required next step so we can identify what you actually need.

Is a landing page always cheaper than a full website?

No. A focused page can be a smaller project, but complex selection, pricing or data connections can add substantial work. Compare the deliverables, not just one page against several. Useful parts of the existing site can often stay.

Are copy, images and tracking included?

Only when agreed in the quote. We confirm who supplies approved content and assets, which events need measuring and how they will be checked. Photography, video production and ongoing testing are not automatic inclusions.

Can I keep my website and edit the page afterward?

We check the existing platform before recommending where the page lives. You can use its available editing tools. Domain and hosting access, builder access where applicable, and specific task walkthroughs are available on request. A custom editing dashboard is optional and separately scoped.

Does the price include ads or guaranteed leads?

No lead guarantee is attached to the build. Advertising spend, management and continuing experiments are separate unless explicitly agreed. A working destination is one part of the journey; the offer, relevant visitors and your response process also matter.

Bring the offer. We will scope the page.

Share your current URL, the next step and what is ready. We will work through what needs to be built.
