For mobile detailers & detailing studios

Auto detailing website design

Show the work. Explain the packages. Make the next step clear.

Custom websites shaped around your brand, your services and the booking tools that fit your business.

A clearer first impression

Give customers enough to choose.

Your website should answer the questions that otherwise turn into a long message thread: what is included, which option fits the vehicle, where the work happens and what to do next.

Show your work.

Use real vehicle photography and honest descriptions of the job. Organize examples by service so visitors can see the work relevant to their car.

Explain the difference.

Make package inclusions, vehicle categories, starting prices and exclusions easy to compare. Keep optional extras separate from the service already included.

Choose the next step.

Send a ready customer to the right booking route. If you need more information first, make the quote or inspection request clear instead.

Packages and enquiries

Not every service needs the same route.

Defined package

Choose a service and vehicle.

For a detail with a known scope, show what is included and how vehicle size or extras affect the estimate. Let the customer review the selection before scheduling.

Condition-dependent work

Ask before promising a price.

If paint correction or another service depends on an inspection, explain that requirement. A useful enquiry can ask for the vehicle, concern and relevant photos rather than presenting a starting price as a final quote.

Selected project / Canario Detailing

A branded journey into an existing booking setup.

For Canario, DVS built a custom website with vehicle-based estimates, service-specific add-ons and a selection review before continuing to Wix booking.

The frontend carries the selected service context into the handoff and restores the selection when a customer returns. Wix remains responsible for the booking calendar and confirmation.

Where the work happens

Mobile service or a studio visit?

The website should set the right expectations before someone requests a time. We plan the location and booking details around how you actually operate.

For mobile detailing

Make the service area and customer preparation clear. Decide how you handle travel, location access, water or power requirements, and jobs outside your usual area. Any travel-fee or scheduling rules need their own scope.

For a detailing studio

Show the location, contact route and drop-off or collection arrangements. Explain when an inspection is needed and which services can be booked directly. Use actual opening and appointment information.

Use the tools that fit

Keep a suitable scheduler.

A booking link or embed may already cover availability and payments. We can build the surrounding website and assess any additional service selection separately. A custom website does not automatically mean replacing your booking software.

For the integration choices, explore booking website development or the guide to keeping Wix Bookings during a redesign.

Before we start

Detailing website questions

Can you keep my current booking software?

Often, yes. We review the available booking link, embed or integration and the details customers need to carry into it. Your calendar, availability and confirmation rules stay with the booking system unless replacement work is explicitly agreed. Not every tool supports the same handoff.

Do I need a custom booking system?

Not necessarily. A clear service page and a link to a suitable scheduler may be enough. Custom selection work makes sense when customers need vehicle-based estimates, relevant extras or a review step that the existing setup cannot handle well. We assess that before quoting it.

What photos and content should I provide?

Bring photographs you have permission to use, your service list, package inclusions, vehicle categories, service area or studio details, and your booking link. Label before-and-after photos accurately. We can discuss content and gallery work as part of the quote; finished copy is not required to start a conversation.

Can I update packages, prices and photos myself?

We agree the editing approach with the build. Existing platform controls may cover the changes you need. A small dashboard for selected content can be scoped separately, with pricing based on those controls. Task-specific documentation or video walkthroughs are available on request.

How much does a detailing website cost?

The quote depends on the pages, photography and content work, editing needs and booking setup. A simple showcase site and a vehicle-based selection flow are different scopes. Hosting, domain renewals, software subscriptions and future changes are listed separately where they apply.

What happens after launch?

We stay available to help with bugs, small inconsistencies and minor fixes in the website we built. New features, larger changes and ongoing service arrangements are discussed and scoped before proceeding.

Bring your work and your service list.

Share your current website or social profile, your packages and any booking tool you already use. We can discuss the pages, content and functionality your site needs.
