What happens in a free consultation?

What is included in my website quote?
Your quote sets out the agreed pages, features, content and integrations. We confirm the scope with you before work starts.
What access and documentation can I request?
On request, we can provide relevant site, domain and hosting access, plus documentation or a video walkthrough. A custom editing dashboard is a separately scoped and priced option.
How long will the project take?
We agree the timeline around the scope, content and integrations, and discuss any changes to the schedule as the project develops.
Can I request changes during the project?
Small refinements can be discussed along the way. Larger additions or new functionality may need an updated scope and quote.
What happens after launch?
We stay available to help with bugs, inconsistencies and small fixes you notice. New features or larger changes can be scoped separately.
